Honestly, this seems a bit unfocused, sort of like the occupy movement. It seems more of just a "we hate obama" movement.
Not that there's anything wrong with that.

BB, I'm sitting here with the organizer helping her to get some things set up. She has a permit for Saturday, and it's right in front of me.

The capitol will be open.

Well, I gotta admit it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong about something, but having a permit and being able to get inside the building are two different things (I'm pretty sure I'm not telling you anything you don't already know). When I worked at the Capitol Complex I saw them turn away more than one group for not having the proper paperwork, or being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

I will say this, though -- my "sources" are usually pretty up-to-date with the goings-on around there. (But I think he might have been wrong a time or two in the past also ... maybe ... I'd have to go back and check my records ...)

Yours was the first and last protest I ever intend to attend. And I attended it under duress ... Public protests aren't my thing ... Too many people I don't know crowded into too small a space. However, you guys knock yourselves out and have a good time!
