Brewing up some sauerkraut. About 8 gallons. Still about 16 cabbages to go. May add some carrots to the next batch.i may have gone a little overboard on cabbage this year.

Made some more kraut with carrots. Couple with some pepper rings. I hope the vinegar in the pepper doesn't mess up the fermenting. This will be going in the refrigerator when done for fresh eating.
