Okay Ladies & Gentlemen ,,,
Up for sale is my venerable Mossberg 702 Plinkster,,,
This rifle is in very good condition.
It's has over 3,000 rounds of Federal Bulk HV ammo through it,,,
But has been very well maintained
This "Rimfire Sporting Kit" includes:
4 spare magazines (Rossi brand)
1 Rossi manual
1 Cabela's 4X scope with rings
1 Set of Tech Sights (click here please)
1 Sling swivels with black canvas sling
1 Plano Protector rifle case
Here's it's story.
I purchased this rifle new from Wal Mart back in 2005 or 2006,,,
I shot it exclusively at the target range for two years,,,
I shot 5 or 6, 550 round Federal bulk packs.
Then I bought a CZ-512 rifle to be my main shooter,,,
This rifle then got cleaned and stored for years.
I later bought the Tech Sights to turn it into an Appleseed Rifle for my friends to use,,,
Three people took it to Appleseed Events,,,
Two got their Rifleman patch.
I recently brought it out of retirement to ensure it still functioned,,,
I took the Tech Sights off and dialed the original sights back in at 25 yards.
The rifle fired 200 rounds (40 through each mag),,,
Of Wal Mart Federal Bulk HV with no malfunctions of any kind.
Now that I'm thinking about it,,,
Wal Mart Federal Bulk HV is the only ammo it's fired.
I then disassembled it for a thorough clean/lube,,,
Now it's ready to be sold.
I'm asking what I believe is a fair price,,,
$300.00 out the door with all listed accessories.
Heck, I'll even throw in 300 rounds of it's favorite ammo.
