Ruger Vaquero grips

Is it posible to change the grip of a ruger Vaquero with birdshead grip to that of blackhawk style.

It's not practical. You'd have to have the lower frame modified or replaced.

Nobody makes conversion grips for Ruger? This surprises me considering how many round to square conversions there are available for Smith & Wesson. Heck there are even conversion grips available for the little NAA mini revolvers. Seems like an opening some enterprising grip maker could really take advantage of.
