I am assuming this is BS from someone that is sick of the price gouging, but you never know:

http://www.armslist.com/posts/86556...ma-rifles-for-sale--bushmaster-ar-15---------

Friend of mine was selling his ar-15 for $1600 He listed on the web and was contacted by email and then text. The police busted him at the arranged meeting of place and charged him with the intent to sell a firearm above retail price and possblily looking at a felony or misdemeanor. Becareful on selling your ar-15 or a assault rifle unless your a dealer. I myself like buying guns but don't wanna risk getting a felony and never buy a guy.

Both it seems. I didn't even know that was a criminal charge. I figured it would be something more along the lines of selling for profit with out FFL
