the problem is, once you get a dirty, corrupt politician out of office another one takes their place
once they get a taste of the paid free ride they all turn into worthless self serving POS
it's really bad when you vote you don't vote for the "best person" but instead vote for the "lesser of evils"

This is why we need to have another block that states none of the above. If that is the winning vote (none of the above) then anyone who was on the ballot running for that particular position is prohibited from running for that office ever again.
