Actually even though it has no chance of being signed into law they are signing their names to it. If republicans gain control of the house, the senate and presidency again it gives us reason to not re elect them if they do not re introduce the legislation. It also brings to light the fight for the Second Amendment and even some leftist democrats are beginning to realize it is for all Americans, not just conservatives.
