Mitch said he is going to stall. Reid said lets do it immediately. Obama said he will make an appointment in due time. This will be a huge loss for the constitution and for the rights of the individual. Sad day. All of that is based on obama making an appointment. He may be looking at waiting until the general election and if hillary gets the nom, then i could see him making a deal to get it himself.

Obama will have replaced 1/3 of the court during his term. Guys, that legacy will haunt us long after Obamacare is replaced with something else. We are talking a 3 decade long impact at least. He chooses young, radical, activist judges.

55 and 50 for Sotomayor and Kagan respectively.
Looked it up an Clinton actually has appointed the oldest justices at time of confirmation. 56 and 61. Breyer and Ginsburg.
