Steve..... Nat said she thought she saw you drive past the house in a new truck. Others who mentioned Toyota and the like..... Not going to happen. Not even if they came with a million dollar check made out to CASH. Everyone else.... No one has really mentioned a hard fact reason not to buy one in lieu of the other and I've always driven fords so that is probably what I'll get. Bought dad a 2016 a couple months ago and it is pretty slick. The one I buy doesn't have to be new. I'm so hard on them it might actually be best but the new ones are really tugging on me. Especially the F250 All that said Ford has really pissed me off with the wife's explorer and the exhaust leaking into the cabin under load. Its a known problem that they refuse to fix properly and even the new ones do it. My Twin brother has a pretty new GMC and he says it is so great. but he "forgets" that it has had two transmissions Right now I'm in a rental 2016 RAM with a 5.7L in it. All I can really say is that I don't hate it, It is slower then all that ford offers, they seem to put less attention into all the finer details and I cant see that they are really any cheaper then my other choices
