heh, remember when people were cheering on the Boston police as they forced businesses to close, and everybody to stay in their homes, and then began searching without warrant or cause, violating the constitution left and right?

of course the donut shops got to stay open.
and tsarnev was found after people were allowed to leave their cells...

even if he wasn't part of a training exercise, and is absolutely guilty, i'd still be against his murder at the hands of the state.


not that i give a **** about the constitution, that's not where my rights come from.
