I've gotten so good at it, assuming the shooter is pretty consistent on how often he fires I can usually catch each shell.

Great Pictures! Went to the range yesterday. However, attended the state conference for Friends of the NRA. Fun group of people doing a lot to educate our future shooters and women!
What camera are you using? Shooting continuous?
Canon 50D, and yes on the shots where the casing are in mid air

Out at the range a few months back practicing short bursts with my issue Colt M4. A buddy caught some flying brass with his camera.
Does anyone know anything about HDR pics? I really want to learn how to make them, I have a mac with Aperture..
