What did I find?

I was out at the range this afternoon, and found somebody had left some brass on the ground. It looks exactly the same as a 30-06, but the head stamp has a 30, then FNB and then 08 on it. I looked at some headstamps web pages but couldn't find anything with the 30 and the 08. The FNB is from Frabrique Nationale.

Any body have a clue?

08 is the year. Sounds like military 30-06 ammo. Probably wasnt on the websites because they werent updated after 2008.
