Okay, here's what was up. The factory two stage trigger/hammer from LMT was too large. The bolt would hang up on the hammer of 2nd stage of the trigger after I fired the round. I would hold the trigger to the rear and the bolt would not move. After I released the trigger the bolt would then close and return to battery. I had the gunsmith at H&H fix it. He did so by grinding just a little off the bottom of the hammer so it would sit lower in the receiver. Now it runs like butta!!

I hope that was free. A new gun should be flawless or made correct at the cost of the manufacturer or distributor, unless they have no integrity or the design is inherently flawed.
