Which AK Pistol?

I have been looking at getting an AK-47 pistol. What is the difference between Draco and the other designs? Have also seen AK variants in different calibers 223, 5.45x39, 7.62x39? Which one is best?

If it were me I'd buy one in 5.45 because its stupid cheap to shoot. I'd also convert it to an SBR because I think SBR'ed Draco's are maybe the most badass gun ever.

I dont know if they make a draco in a 5.45 which might be a dilemma. If not, I'd get it in the real deal 7.62, for the same reason I'd only own a 1911 in .45.

The Draco-c is the easiest to convert to sbr. It's all setup for an underfolder stock.

Romanian:

Draco - 7.62x39 chrome lined barrel, lower quality buts an AK & will go bang.
Draco C - 5.56x45 same barrel - note 556 ak magazines are not interchangeable!
Draco mini - 7.62x39 same as draco just shorter barrel

Bulgaria:
SLR 106u & SLRur - chrome barrel, highest quality, ur has an optic rail, u does not.
Both in 556

Yugo's
M92 - 7.62x39 - non chrome barrel - quality above draco, below SLR. Yugos are highly regarded by many!
M85 - 556 - same as above!

Stay away from IO Hellpup = Junk!

Some have underfolder rear trunnions some do not!

The Zastava pistols are really nice! I say go with one of those while they are still relatively cheap. You can get one for under $600.

Like Sanjuro, I say get the M92PV. I'm eyeballing one myself
