Looks great, I have yet to try smoking ribs although I love them. Question for you retriever, does that casserole come with an angioplasty?

Here a reference I use on cook times and temperatures.I have a large salmon fillet I want to bake but I've never done it before. Does anyone have a recipe and cook time and temp to share?
I could also do it on the pellet smoker, in the past I've used lemon pepper on top of a butter rub but my girl doesnt like lemon.
I have always smoked it at low temp like chart shows but I'm more interested in oven time and temp. If the weather sucks I will use the oven. Also a rub or other recipe without lemon is what I'm curious about.Here a reference I use on cook times and temperatures.
