They usually come 7075 and drill press side loads are a non starter. One of these:

The polymer ones are gravy...or so I've heard...

is one I finished. I didn't have a jig. I just measured a factory made I had and milled it out.

If anyone is needing jigs give me a week heads up, I will beat about any price you can find…

I know your post is from two years ago. Are you still producing jigs? I acquired an aluminum ar 15 lower yesterday that needs to be milled.
First one for me, so OSA is my go to
