And since all of my money is feeding the family inherited farm that has sat idle for over ten years. I can’t buy his stuff and sit on it. You guys know all about weapons. I know all about wheels. So I try to stay in my lane.

First is he has a mountain Mauser 33/40. That has an obvious restock. But looks really clean. He inherited these and wants to thin the herd.

He’s wanting to sell a few long guns and has no idea of what the range is. And I don’t want to lead him in the wrong direction. Or take advantage of him.

Beautiful rifle, unfortunately it has been sporterized so any of the collectability has gone out the window since it is no longer “complete”. As far as price goes, honestly that’s anyone’s guess and it’s worth is whatever someone is willing to pay.

I recently sold one really similiar for 550. That’s after backing the price down. Any collector would want one intact and without that rear sight.
