I saw that many are asking if it has does it hae a chrome lined barrel?

Yes, mine does have a chrome lined barrel, a NoDak Spud NDS-2 receiver, and 2 "circle 10" bulgarian magazines.

The word on the other forums is that they are NOT chrome lined, using US made no chrome barrels. There are some 74's out there with Bulgy CL barrels for a bit more $$. That would be a great deal if they were CL, Circle 10 mags, and free shipping to boot. Showing sold out now though.

Seems like that's been happening for a while on everything but AKs - good to see them finally starting to come down in price.

Here's the latest from the head guy @ Centerfire:

"Well, we officially screwed up.

The guy who checks new items in came to the conclusion that they were chrome lined, put that in the order system, and that's what we've been going by. I finally had a chance to look at them myself now, and they're not.

If you have one on order with us and this means that you don't want it, please give us a call, and we'll cancel/return/reroute/whatever's necessary.

I just got one and can't find anything to nitpick on it. The build quality is first class, looks like a brand new rifle. NoDak Spud receiver, 2 magazines and a cleaning kit. The only problem with the cleaning kit is that it is for .30 Cal. Oh well, I wasn't expecting a cleaning kit anyway. I think it is a real deal.
