Okay, I know this is the height of dumbassery but here it goes. I can't find my wife's Barretta Bobcat 22lr pistol for the life of me. Last I remember, I had it at the plinking range at OKC Gun Club.

I normally come home and do inventory and cleaning immediately, however, this time I was there with a few friends and came down with a horrible migrane through the afternoon. Ended up having packing up after puking and having my friend drive me home. When I got home, went straight to bed. I was just going through some things and couldn't find this pistol. I'm about to puke again thinking I may have left it on the bench there. If so, no telling who might have found it.

What does one do when losing a gun? Would anyone at OKCGC actually turn it in? If so, who would I call?

I know I'll get the replies of how irresponsible I am and how there is no reason EVER to lose track of your firearm. I'll tell you right now that I agree with that so reply with that if you feel you need to but I already know.

PHEW!!!! I found it. As I'm flying through the house in panic, my wife has me do a second search through bags and it was stuffed in one of my AR bags. Not where it was supposed to be so still stupid but ad least I didn't pull an Eric Holder and put a gun in the hands of a criminal.

Okay I will fess up. I left a range bag with 3 handguns on the roof of my car, drove about 3 miles before I looked at the empty seat beside me and was thinking something is wrong. I stopped and reached up and it was still up there, not that I am lucky like that, just had yet to fall off.

What does a BARRETTA Bobcat look like, I've never seen one. Sorry just had to bust your chops since you found it. I helped an older gentleman pick up his brass at H&H. Someone walked off with my S&W 25-5 45LC, didn't even get to shoot it. Bought it 2 days before.
