Actually, yes. That's one I haven't had before. I was wanting to go to the Rattlesnake Festival and try some fried rattler, but I couldn't make it. My brother went and said the meat was good, but it was annoying to eat because of all the bones. That fact makes me think, "meh", though. I'm not sure if he had bad pieces or if all snake is like that.
A few weeks ago me and my friends ate a snake we killed back in late May. It was good. We dont know what kind it was though. My friend showed his teacher (an Oklahoma snake expert) the picture and she said it must have been a pet cuz it wasnt from around here. It was good eating.
