What a mess...I have no idea what happened but I do know there are two or more sides to this story and so far all we've heard is one.

As far as the "seized phone". How do we know a phone was seized? Because someone said it was?

How do we know the "cops killed a guy in a parking lot"? Because somone said so?

How do we know he didn't die of cardiac arrest during a fight with the cops?

Jesse Jackson is involved? Yeah, that'll get things cleared up pronto.

Yep.

This is all from a media report. To be frank, the only folks I distrust more than LE is the media…

I have no issues asking questions, especially very pointed ones that tend to tick people off. I do however try my damnedest to 'stay in my lane' especially when all the information probably isn't yet on the table.

In the woods...between OKC & Tulsa
From news9.com this morning...

"The law allows police to seize something like that, if they think it can be altered or destroyed or lost," Irven Box, local attorney and former OKC police officer, said.

The Moore Police Department released a statement Monday saying the phone was placed into a secured property room and wrapped in tin foil so it can't be altered by an external source.

Moore police also told News 9, detectives obtained a search warrant for the phone and are now reviewing video of the incident.

Nair was told she will get her cell phone back on Tuesday.

Something smells about this. It was potentially feasible riiiight up to the involvement of that pinko Jessa Jackson.

QUOTE]

Jesse Jackson is not involved. The march coming up is about a 2011 case in which OKC-area police beat another man. Will he bring it up? You bet, but as of now, he is not involved.

According to the latest report, the security officers had no right to get involved at all. This was a family matter, the husband was trying to stop his wife from driving off while upset and crying, you damn well better believe I am going to sidestep some rent-a-cop in the same situation. They overstepped their bounds and when the husband most likely became belligerent, they started beating him. This is going to get worse. Just because these guys are on the job, they are going to be protected.

BB is going to go 'scorched earth' on this forum before the end of the week.

Oh you think? "Ban 'em all and let god sort them out" she says....

Guys, if you want to start a thread about me, (it wouldn't be the first! :D) feel free but let's not let things get sideways in this thread. I'm working here to let those that want to have a somewhat adult conversation about this issue do so without interference ...
Thanks!
