Depends on how exactly they run the USA plant. If they build the rifles up to the standards and quality of the Russian plant, then they will be equal and in some cases better than what Arsenal is putting out depending on what rifle you're getting.

However, some speculation is that it may just be Kalashnikov in name only and it may be an existing US manufacturer with the Kalashnikov badge. If that's the case, the quality may or may not be up to par with the Russian manufactured rifles.

It's not actually the Russians. It's going to be RWC. They own the Brand Name and rights. They're going to be producing all of the shotguns ect tho. I hope them success. I've been wondering why no one else hasn't started producing 12ga AKMs in the USA yet.

I don't have one, but how will you be able to tell the ones made here vs there? Serial # only? Made in country stamp?
