The Baers I have shot at competitions, (never owned) have been some of the smoothest precision guns I have ever shot. I do not own one as I have a custom built Bullseye gun from a small smith. If I were to ever need a replacement for that pistol, Baer would get my busuness without hesitation. Understand your not talking Bullseye shooting, but those are generally the thoughts of many masters/high masters that shoot in that realm. For what that is worth.

The rear of the Brown frame is beveled more, removing more material, iirc. I measured both circumferences with my hand, and it was a very noticeable difference.
