Proposes $6 million mansion for Lapierre and "former NRA contributor turned dissident David Dell’Aquila files lawsuit alleging that Wayne LaPierre, the National Rifle Association, and the NRA Foundation, Inc. solicited and fraudulently obtained donations from Dell’Aqulia and “all others similarly situated.”"

Yeah, if the NRA is paying the top people in the organization millions per year, & wanting to buy a 6 million $ house for someone that gets paid one of those millions per year,
I don't think they need my $26 or $54 or $78 or ....
They need a better, more conservative accountant.

It seems Lapierre is in the middle of every issue, is he the problem?
I think so. As has been mentioned a couple of times, even if he is 100% innocent of any wrong, he has become a polarizing influence. I've lost count of how many I've heard say they will not donate a cent to the NRA until he is gone.

And I seriously doubt he is 100% innocent. There seems to be a lot of smoke. Anyone who challenges him in any way seems to get squashed. I hope he steps down soon for the good of the organization.

I do not believe he is the only problem, but he is dang sure the main one! He has built his own little empire. I absolutely want to see the NRA survive. I have been a member as long as I can remember, and have given them a fairly tidy sum over the years. It really burns my butt to know that not all of my money was used at it should have been. He doesn't need Beverly Hills shopping sprees, trips all over the world, a $1.4 million salary, nor a $6 million mansion. He needs to do his job for all of the responsible gun owners in this country who have given their hard earned cash!
