As unknown as things are regarding the vaccine, the same is true of the virus in terms of 5 year predictions. HPV, polio, chickenpox/shingles are all virus’ that have had long term effects that weren’t predictable. I know of several people who have had covid and while they recovered, have been told their pulmonary function will never be the same.
