A 1950's Noble Model 10. It shoots right on the money but look at the rear sight offset....
This is 15 shots at 25 yards. And it has no trouble hitting a 3" plate at 50 yards and a 6" plate at 100yds.
I put a straight edge up to the barrel and it doesn't appear bent. The bore (chamber and muzzle) also looks to be concentric to the barrel although I haven't taken measurements. I also tried several types of ammo and the point of impact shifts very slightly, but not enough for this to be caused strictly by the ammo. Also, the front sight does not appear canted or offset in any way.
The bullseye is 1" (I have it turned 90 degrees. The right edge was the top while I was shooting it.)
