Good evening all. Are there any of you fine folks knowledgeable in these? Different barrel lengths, calibers, values? I have 1 that I would like to find out about. It is not 45 caliber. Correspondence is welcomed.
Turnbull could help.Yes it is a 41 colt. I have a letter from colt in it from about 1966, that I have to look for. The holster is hand made as well as the grips. The last time I shot it back in the late 60’s it shot good. I have no idea what is worth. But I rarely see one in 41 caliber. Does that make it more rare than a 45 cal.?
I have a Colt Model 1877 Double Action (DA) in .41 Colt (Thunderer) mfg. back in 1901. Good luck finding loaded ammo - seems like a very few small companies still make it, but it's never in stock.Yes it is a 41 colt.
