Tell me how I'm wrong. Based on the post and what I know of Rittenhouse, it sounds like the same thing with, as noted above, markedly different ideological lines being the difference.

I knew I'd have to spell it out for you.

Rittenhouse wasn't demonstrating...antifa was. Rittenhouse wasn't trying to intimidate anyone...antifa was. Rittenhouse wasn't dressed like a SWAT ninja...antifa was (including masks in an attempt to hide their identity...Rittenhouse wasn't wearing a mask). Rittenhouse was violently attacked...3 times. Antifa attacked the protestors. Rittenhouse didn't attack anyone. Rittenhouse didn't attack police officers...antifa did. Rittenhouse didn't resist arrest...antifa did. Blah, blah, blah....

Gee...the similarities between the two incidents are just uncanny, right?

He went to a place where he knew people with ideological differences were while openly carrying an AR-15 and waited to get scared. Im 100 percent sure he didn't try to stir the pot too /s/. These chuckleheads did the same thing... They got geared up, went somewhere people had different beliefs and tried to stir crap up.

Maybe this should go in another forum but it's more of a carry question from me. In the link, several of these goons are dressed in body armor, helmets and masks, all black. They are open carrying pistols and ARs slung in front of them. Several approach protestors with an opposite view and seem to appear like they are intimidating them before an actual assault happens.

So, dressed as they are, loaded as they are and putting themselves in the situation as they did, how is this legal? (Until the mace showed up to make it assault).
I imagine I'm ignorant but I don't understand why these guys can be geared up like that and still be within the law. Heckuva intimidation factor.

GOONS
Its legal be cause they are backed by local government.

I watched in Seattle as they took over a police department, blocked off streets, distributed rifles in violation of state law, and shot some people to death. Consequences zero.

The ideological difference is burning a community to the ground vs trying to protect it. Kyle's case was a rare instance of justice being served.

Your wanting to Arrest people for how they are dressed and for open carrying. That’s some Fudd talk. I’m not a fan of antifa but don’t go trying to violate their rights or supporting cops doing so. What can be done to them can easily be done to us as well

Will you also be bitchin' next time a bunch of 2a armchair commandos go marching for their 2a rights?
It's America you know! Freedom of speech and all that.

As long as its not little commies doing the marching I am ok with people exercising the 1A and the 2A . Having worked in the PNW and seeing criminals like Antifa, the John Brown gun Club and the SRA with their organizing and promoting gun training so they can engage in combat with people who disagree with them. I am not at all for the little communist aholes being allowed to openly carry anything. Yeah its hypocritical in the purest sense of the word but granting your enemies the same freedoms that you enjoy is a suicide pact at best and waiting for someone to come along and shoot you in the back of the head while you stand in front of a ditch they made you dig when they end up with the upper hand at some point.

People can belive it or not but they've been organizing their very own versions of the Freikorps for a while now , the big differences between them and MOST folks on this board is that while we try to be good citizens and follow the law , they are out there hitting the streets , protesting , attacking people and yes Antifa shoots at folks all the time in a lot of those cities . It was very common for video of Antifa to be posted shooting at someone in a car after they realized they were heading into a protest area and decided to do a u turn to avoid it.

I also watched someone get attacked in Salem by Antifa , the little thugs used OC on him when he backed up to defend himself and drew his side arm. The police arrested the victim not Antifa . True story.
