socialism. one interesting result at least in some socialist countries is the profound lack of availability of electricity and other goods and services.

I think it’s great when voters get exactly what they voted for. Oklahoma should pass a law restricting the entrance of anyone from Kalifornia. Those fleeing the state will probably keep voting the same way.
I don't get it. How can there be enough voters with the same bent as those they keep in power?

You know all those Californians who are now getting cheap electricity; they will vote for Newsom regardless of the price of electricity. That's how Californians operate, they just keep voting for incumbents even if they suffer as a result of it.
Socialism by another name. The Dems continue to buy votes with Republican money, and it's working.
