Great little pistol. D/S action. Fairly strong trigger pull in DA. Agree that they are accurate. There is a main spring mod that helps with trigger pull. A lot of owners install a reduced power recoil spring for ease of operation. I plan to list mine for sale in the next couple of days. I also will be listing approx. 200 rounds of ammo (FMJ and Hollow Point).
The Radom P64 is chambered for the 9X18mm Makarov. It isn't a Makarov.

I've been conceal carrying the P64 for about a year now, works well for me.
I replaced the recoil spring with a 20lb , and the hammer spring (reduce dbl action pull) with a 18lb spring.
Recoil is spry in the web of the hand, accuracy is exceptional.
