.22 rimfire fun match at Ponca City range, June 4, at 0900hrs

The rimfire fun match is this weekend on 6/04, at 9:00am.

This will be for rifles & handguns,.22 rimfire only.
The course will 25 x2 steel silhouettes with a possible bowling pin side match.
Both pistol bays will be used to separate rifle & pistol matches.
We will need an additional timer if anybody has one.
Bring 100 rounds, and prepart to have fun!

I takes 100 rounds per division.
We have two divisions for pistol. optics or Irons
two divisions for rifle. Optics or irons.
$5 entry fee per division.
We had around 16 shooters show up this morning. Got set up, shot, and cleaned up by 12:15.

Optimally, one would have 4 magazines to shoot each round.
We had one guy show up with Browning lever gun, and several others that only had two mags. When that happens, we get a volunteer to be a "loader" for the shooter. As the shooter shoots the first course, the loader is filling his empty mag. If one is shooting a hi cap mag, it can only have 12 rounds in it.
If somebody is shooting a 10-22, there are enough people there with extras to loan.
The next one will be this same time frame next month. I'll have it posted in this forum about a week ahead of the shoot.
Scores will be posted as soon as I get them.

This is our annual schedule. The next .22 fun match will be 07/02/2011.
As you can see from the schedule, we have three or more matches every week. Steel challenge. Fun match, handgun Safarie, IPSC, and so on. Something for everybody.
