If it still will not function then it's time to open up the gas port, can do it a little at a time or just grab an adjustable gas block and open it wide then regulate the gas that way. Basically the way the barrels are done for a pistol length system is the gas port is tiny to limit the gas coming into the system so that it functions but isn't over gassed. If the drill bit was worn or something got in the hole then it will mess things up as it will not have enough going through to do it's job.</p></blockquote><p></p>
