I believe the count is up to more than 80 counties, possibly more than 90.
They’re upholding their Oaths to the Constitution. Prickzer is violating his Oath. 
Is this a state ban?
Like our sheriffs and PD chiefs they say they refuse to enforce any bans but the feds can come in and with notification, operate their agenda without out Oklahoma LE assistance. Which means absolutely nothing. in fed cases.

That is correct , this is how you nullify a law . I would love to see the same happen all over the US
Yes state not federal
Current sheriffs now. In 20 years as they come and go it will just be another law. Also, IL will ratchet it up over time and put the screws in various ways to the counties.
