There is nothing wrong with corrosive ammo. Just spray a bit of windex down the barrel directly after shooting. I like to run my mosin under very hot water when i get home, then i clean like i normally would. it is difficult to find 7.62x54R that isnt corrosive.

In all honesty, Your rifle can last several days without being cleaned after shooting corrosive ammo (THOUGH NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!)....................trust me i would know.
