What is the difference between the House version and the Senate version?
Thank you for that.Using the House version as the original, I found only one change in the Senate version. The following is the House version:
"Sec 26. A. Any regulation of this right shall be subject to strict scrutiny and the State of Oklahoma
shall be obligated to uphold these rights and shall, under no circumstances, decline to protect
against their infringement."
The Senate version has been simplified:
"Sec 26. A. Any regulation of this right shall be subject to strict scrutiny."
Hopefully this won't become a deal breaker.
Not on a weekend...Anything further on this?
Bill InformationWhen should we expect to hear anything on HJR 1009?
Admittedly a guess, but could it mean 'Senate Amendments'?Could SAs be amendments of some sort?
Conference granted, SCs named Sykes, Justice, Jolley, Dahm, Griffin, Sparks, Floyd
