Almost finished with the 22/45

Ruger Mark III 22/45, Pac Lite Tactical Solutions upper w/ compensator, volquartsen Mark III accurizing kit approx. 2 lb. trigger pull, and grips from 1911grips. Scope base and c-more railway in OD green otw once I get those on in the next week or so she will be one bad @ss plinker.

I figured I would catch some heat about the grips. I have not decided if I really like them or not. Good thing is now that I have bushings I can change them like I change shirts.

Just my opinion, but some 4x4 grips would look badass.

Already a great lookin gun though.

Of course, if you were gonna do some movie themed grips...

Are you refering to the Larry Davidson grips? If so do you know if he will custom make grips from blanks? I do not need alot of the cutouts a standard 1911 would need.
