While watching another recording of nothing happening, I saw what happened. It seems purple hair kicked at a biker that was riding by him. The biker never saw what happened but the crowd and a police officer did. The crowd bum rushed ol purple hair then the police decided that that was enough and started escorting the disrupting influence participants to safety. Purple hair was singled out and yanked away to an undisclosed location.
