Has a similar rectangle catch pan that i line with foil for easy cleanup. Scraping the surface and pushing it through the Blackstone setup seems much easier than the Camp Chef system. With the CC nothing other than the liquids or excess oil will go into the drain hole in the front left of their griddle. Not as user friendly, IMO.
That is an issue i see with the Camp Chef. They use a nice rectangle sheetmetal catch pan for the grease. It probably works well to funnel the grease in to it. THe Blackstone has an opening in the back center of the griddle that is about 3" wide and 1.5" tall were all the grease, food debris, grit, grime and all the burnt on chit you scrape off after cooking get fed through.
