I have been satisfied with www.freedommunitions.com for bulk orders. Have some friends that use them, and gave them a try. I have detected a few very very small faint coloring where a scratch had been on their reloads but that does not bother me at the range. I do not reload, so if they fire once consistently for me, I am happy. Might not be the very cheapest out there, but reasonable and so far, very consistent. I am 800+ for 800+ with no issues so far in .380's and 500+ for 500+ on .45's. My three orders have had reasonably quick delivery.
