is a AR15 still considered a srd if it has a 11.5'' barrel with a 5'' suppressor or flash hider on it?

It is not an SBR if the 5 inch flash hider is permanently attached to the barrel.

Why on earth would you want an 11.5" barrel with a 5" flash hider???

Just get a 16" barrel and enjoy the higher velocity benefits that it will offer.
