are gun purses legal??

i was reading online some where,and a fellow from new hampshire i think, said they just ruled gun purses illegal f CC, because the purse is not considered "on your person ".fanny pack are ok because they are stapped to you but purses are not.i have asked around most say purses are legal in OK but i really wonder,anyone know f sure??
