Are Ruger 10/22's hard to get?

Man where at? I've been looking for a 10-22 for a while. WM, baileys, and gunrunners were all out.

DS pawn. I hit the place about once a month. I walked in and asked the same question, you have any 10-22s? He said yup, got one its new and green....

Green? I said, well this is what I left with that day..
