LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - The F.B.I. and the A.T.F. are looking for the public's help as they investigate two attempts to sabotage power grids in Arkansas. The following is a press release put out by the F.B.I. Sunday evening:

Randall C. Coleman, Special Agent in Charge (SAC) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for the State of Arkansas, and Grover Crossland, Resident Agent in Charge (RAC), Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) for the State of Arkansas, announced a reward up to $25,000 for information leading to the arrest of the person(s) responsible for the following incidents:

In the early morning hours of September 29, 2013, officials with Entergy Arkansas reported a fire at its Keo substation located on Arkansas Highway 165 between Scott and England in Lonoke County. Fortunately, there were no injuries and no reported power outages. Investigation has determined that the fire, which consumed the control house at the substation, was intentionally set. The person or persons responsible for this incident inscribed a message on a metal control panel outside the substation which reads, "YOU SHOULD HAVE EXPECTED U.S." We are releasing a photograph of this message.

Earlier this morning, officials with First Electric Cooperative reported that two of its power poles located near the 1400 block of Robin Road, behind the McBride Subdivision in Lonoke County, were intentionally cut. A power outage resulted which affected approximately 10,000 customers in the Cabot area.

"You should have expected us?" or "You should have expected U.S.?" looks like they're leaving it open to place blame on Anonymous or foreigners.
