Ares armory granted restraining order against ATF.

Wonder if there is more to this story than 80% polymer lowers...

If this raid is all about "EP Armory" made lowers, why isn't every shop that has sold these lowers been raided? Or have they and it just hasn't made the news?

I have a few of the EP 80's and the Poly80 ... I think the main thing the ATF doesn't like is that the "mill out" area is a different plastic and a different color. They also claim that the lower is complete and that EP then added the "filler" plastic ( BS!... its done all at one time and they know it ) making it an un-serialized AR Lower.

Despite being granted a restraining order, the ATF has apparently raided San Diego area firearms parts seller Ares Armor anyway!

So that restraining order was a waste of time. Guess the .gov could care less about a mere court order.
