They have "counselors". Sit down, examine the Lil weirdo, declare her "mentally disturbed" and removed from school.
School counselors today aren’t like they were when I was in high school 35 years ago. The ones at the two schools where my wife has taught and that my kids attended have been horrible.
My daughter is a teacher’s kid and has been at this school for all 4 years of high school, and the high school counselor doesn’t know her name or even recognize her when she goes in the office. That’s an embarrassment, because this is in a school with only 300+/- kids in high school. My high school counselor knew every kids name in a school of around 1600 kids.

I have heard the same from middle school teachers.

They tell me the kids are going through so many changes at that age, they don't know what they are.
Some proclaim a new gender identity or orientation every few weeks,
Others select a new nick name every couple of weeks.

One had a student asked if they could just call their fellow student "IT" because they changed so often.

Glad I am not a school teacher.
