Got two whole pork loins taking up space in the freezer. Gonna pull them out to thaw tomorrow and get a turkey as well to smoke on Sunday.

Ehh... kick the habit already, cigar or cig here or there is alright but don't look forward to more emphysema cases.

Now this is my kind of smoking, I already have a brand new smoker just need to move into my house in the middle of this month and will get to use it.

Got a freezer full of chickens and turkeys we raised last summer. Probably will spatchcock a couple chickens this weekend. Had baby backs last weekend. Can't get enough of that BBQ.

I'm holding off till next weekend to smoke the ribs I have in the deep freeze. Going to fire up the grill for some pork chops later today. Grilled chicken last night and some NY Strips on Monday night.
