Baylor, I think, should be liable for enabling the SOB but I don't think the hospital was ever held accountable. Bad doctors are like bad cops -- few and far between but they do irreparable harm to the people who trust them and the good doctors and cops out there. I wish we could shoot all the bad ones in the town square at high noon but alas ... I do not rule the world.</p></blockquote><p></p>
