I ordered a upper from this company and they sent a 16" with improper gas tube installed, a non aligned gas block, and over tightened non anti seized barrel nut. We took the new never fired, never installed upper to a local shop for a new UTG hand guard to be installed. That's when it was all discovered. The gas block screws were not staked and easily removed allowing the gas block to slide forward to remove the barrel nut. Upon removing the nut we slid the gas block back on the barrel in place (with the exact gas pin still pinned into the block from the assembly of this company) and took these photos.
Not only did this company call myself, my friend, and the gunsmith liars, but refused to make anything right with us and insist out of the 7000+ uppers the owner himself has personally built, that this was not done by them and we are just out to slander their name..
I am beyond offended that after providing a company my business and finding out something was not only sent defective, but that we would be called liars as an outcome.
To think something so easy to assemble was done so improperly, and for them to call me uneducated is a level of customer service I hope to never experience again, not to mention would want anyone here or elsewhere to experience as well.
