I've got a Savage Edge that I put a Rifle Basic trigger in that will group 5 rds. at a 100 yds. that a quarter will cover. Low cost, light weight, and accurate. I have many good bolt guns but, this one is a best bargain. In the price range of the guns you have listed , I would look at the Tikka also.
