Boy shoots mom's attacker in face with BB gun

The bad guy is damned lucky the kid didn't make an eye shot.

I am far from a great shot, but i wore out three Daisy lever action BB guns, and could, no kidding, kill grasshoppers in flight much of the time. There used to be a guy who taught people how to shoot with a BB gun, and he had new shooters hitting thrown aspirin tablets.

Great that the kid did what he had to do. Hope it doesn't leave any ugly marks on his little soul.

Someone needs to step up and help that young "man" by seeing that he gets good training with firearms. Next time, he'll go for the weapon instead of the board. Sadly, I'd venture that there is no Dad in his "immediate" family. Wonder if there are any uncles?

My principal's "board" didn't faze me near as much as the 12-gauge that he kept in his truck. (And no, he didn't actually use it on any of us, but there were "threats" of using rock salt.)
